Thank you for visiting my website!  My goal is to give you superior service as your real estate transaction broker.  Buying a home or piece of land can be a scary and intimidating thing to do, but I'm here to help you get through it with ease!  I'm very familiar with all areas of Albuquerque and am excited to show you all the great areas you can live in that will best suits your needs.  I've lived here for the past 40 plus years, and have tons of contacts to help you in selling your home.  My design/architect background is a great advantage in getting your home sold or when buying I can look for homes that have the right "flow" for you and your family's day to day activities.  I'm very conscientious as to what kind of designs and details work best for people's needs and will put those needs first!

Sally is a native New Mexican with a design background.  She was born here in Albuquerque and has never moved away from the Land of Enchantment. She grew up in the heights attending Eldorado H.S., then went to UNM's School of Architecture for both her bachelor and master degrees, living in the UNM area for several years, as well as several other areas around the city.  For the past 18 years she worked at a couple different architectural firms in the state, one of them being the largest where the project she managed and helped design, Ventura Place (where the first Trader Joe's in ABQ is located), won the NAIOP Award for Excellence in 2007.  Recently she decided to use her design expertise and love for residential architecture and people, and took on a new career path into real estate.

She currently resides with her husband in the Paradise Hills area on the west side of town and is working out of our Cottonwood office.

Personal Interests:

When Sally is not working hard for you, she's enjoying a day off to regroup by either snow skiing in New Mexico's beautiful mountains or golfing on the nice golf courses around the area.  She also enjoys wake surfing in the state's lakes, and of course wine tasting at the fun festivals that happen throughout the year.  There are so many awesome and fun things to do in New Mexico which Sally will be glad to offer suggestions to you for the "what, see and do" of the Land of Enchantment!

Sally Sacco is an AMAZING real estate professional. I had already moved to California and had chosen a poorly prepared agent prior to contracting her. She was able to take over the sale, take care of the paperwork, and make the sale happen without me ever having to return to Albuquerque. On top of that she made sure I had a nice looking yard while I was so far away. Sally is an A+!

Sally proved to be very hard working and committed to finding me the right home. As a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, she knows every corner of this city and she understands the unique character of the various neighborhoods. Sally really understood what I was looking for and focused our search in the neighborhoods that matched my needs. She even drove around my favorite neighborhood and found a "coming soon" real estate sign that was not yet listed online. In the end, that was the home I purchased!

She exceeded my expectations in the home-buying process. Sally has an eye for design and architecture, which helped in understanding the potential opportunities and challenges with each of the houses we looked at. She is very detail-oriented and highly organized which was extremely helpful for staying on top of all the dates and deadlines and inspections.

I really enjoyed working with her and I would highly recommend her for buying or selling a home.
