Mark was professional, caring, and had an acceptable offer on my house in two months. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone needing to sell or buy a home. He works for a reputable company who holds their realtors to a very high standard of which he exceeds. We were relieved to have found him. There are many realtors in this state that are highly unethical and immoral. No one can afford to have some inexperienced or unethical broker/realtor assisting them with one of the most important economic decisions one will make. The right realtor can make or break you in a real estate transaction. You need a realtor who cares about you, not one who is desperate to make a sale. Mark, cares about his clients and that is where his success is.

My partner and I moved from CA and were excited to get things running here in Albuquerque. I like things done a certain way (some would say I'm OCD). Ibgave mark some insight as to features, square footage, community requirements.....he presented me with a binder full of options. Through this process I mobility was an issue for me (fractured leg). Mark went out of his way to make the experience efficient and fun. We had a slightly unsavory experience with the seller and Mark went to bat for us. We couldnt be happier!

I can't say enough about Mark Wingert. We took almost 2 years to find the home we loved. He was never short or too busy to show us property, usually on short notice due to my work schedule. When we did finally land on a property, it was a short sale. Mart was vigilent about checking with the bank to make sure the process moved along. He held our hands through the the inspection and appraisal processes as well as the closing. The night of the closing I had an issue with my roof. Mark came to my home at 9pm and assisted me in the getting the repairs done.
Due to a promotion at my job I had to sell my home after only 6 months. Mark was the clear choice to list my home with. He presented a clear and complete marking analysis of the market and a marketing plan. He was able to sell my home to a cash buyer in 11 days at 94% of asking price. He assisted us through the closing of this property as well since we had to move out of town quickly. I recommend anyone I know in the Albuquerque market to Mark if they are looking to buy, sell or rent a property.

Mark never gave me the impression he was truly on my side. In one conversation he actually told me that "It doesn't matter what I wanted, it's what the market dictates. In the end at the last moment I had to pay a great deal of money for landscaping and etc because he rarely went to property, knowing that I was out of town. I have to admit that the house sold fairly quickly, but when the house was finally sold Mark never gave me a call to tell me it all was done!!!!! I have several friends in real estate that informed me that they had a problem with the things I was telling them about our interactions.
Bottom line -I waited several months to write this because I don't like giving anyone a bad report. I will never use insurgency again

We are truly concerned that Brian was not satisfied with our service. Our goal is to provide raving fan service to our clients. We helped Brian prepare his home for the market, scheduled repairs, soft staged the house free, moved papers and debris out of sight, met gas company & other utility services. We know Brian's community and sold the house quickly, at one of the highest prices. We provided market statistics to help him make an informed decision on price. What I told Brian is that he would choose the starting price, but in reality it is the market that eventually determines the price. Due to Brian's occupation, we tried to work at his convenience, which usually was late night & weekends. We helped Brian by phone to answer his questions on the closing papers. I did call Brian, leaving a message that his closing documents did return & the property was recorded. The title company also called. This is our first bad review on Zillow, which we will take as a learning experience.

Mark provided a complete market analysis, which proved far more accurate than other realtors we had spoken to. He staged our home, which was empty at the time of listing, and helped make the whole experience as stress-free and pleasant as possible.

While spending our time in Abq NM, being a minister of the gospel, I felt the calling to move to Mississippi. Well, that meant "Sell our house". After much prayer for the Lord to send the right realtor to us He (God) opens the door and there stood a brother in the Lord Mark Wingert. I wish I had enough space for this but I don't. Therefore in short, if you want your house and/or property to sell call the man Mr. Mark Wingert. You will be thankful you did. Yes, I know there realtors out there would just love to have your business. But if you want an honest true man of God call Mark!
